About Me

Hello everyone!
My name is Christina.
I am a twenty-one year old aspiring linguist who went to Germany for the 2013-2014 school year.
A lover of K-pop, Maroon 5, and basically anything with an upbeat-and Korean dramas and Japanese anime!
I love learning foreign languages, I love foreign cultures, I love to travel, I love history, and I love teaching others about the importance of foreign languages and cultures.
I am currently learning German, Korean, Spanish, Mandarin Chinese, and Japanese, and I like writing in these foreign languages in my blog (just a heads up!). My German and Korean are the strongest than the rest of the languages I’m learning, though.
My hope is to travel around the world, visiting at least half of the world’s countries before I die.
So far I’ve been to the United States, Canada, Japan, South Korea, England, Germany, Austria, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, China, Belgium, Holland, and Denmark. 13
out of 98 countries accomplished so far.
Please enjoy my posts about the different cultural topics and my adventure in Germany!
Tschüß!

  1. It’s nice to meet you Christina, I’m NyNy! Just wanted to stop by and say I like your posts.

I hope when you have the time, you can check out some of mine and comment. I write about Asian pop culture and video games plus I’m still writing my travel entries when I went to Korea last year. I’d appreciate if you took a look 🙂

  2. Hi!
So I’ve been reading your posts about Germany because I’m going there, with the same host family soon! I know our experiences are probably gonna be different, but I’m especially worried about school and making friends, and was wondering if you could give some insight on that!
    Thanks!
    Yudith
